1. Who can help answer technical questions regarding Trident products?

For technical questions regarding Trident products, contact your Trident Representative or call 866-951-4293. If additional resources are needed our techncial support team will be available to assist.

Account

1. How can I log into my account on the Trident website?

Current and new customers can easily set up an online account by clicking the "Login/Create Account" button in the header (top of page) of our website.

2. I forgot my user name and password, what do I do?

If you have forgotten or misplaced your user name and password, use the "Forgot Password" link on the Login/Create Account screen, contact your Trident representative or call 866-951-4293.

Orders

1. I need help with ordering Trident products, who should I call?

If you have qusetions before placing your order online, you can call your Trident Representative or call 866-951-4293.

2. How can I get information about the status of my order?

You will receive an order confirmation once you order is placed as well as email notfications when your order ships.

3. My credit card was declined because of an AVS error, what should I do?

It is important to enter your billing address information exactly as it appears on your billing statement. If you are still having problems completing your order, please call us on 866-951-4293. We are here to help!

4. I need to return product that I did not use, is there a restocking fee?

Yes, there is a 15% restocking fee on any product you return due to ordering more than needed, the wrong product or  a cancellation. Be sure to carefully plan when making an order.

Shipping/Order Pick Up

1. Can I pick up my order?

You can arrange for pick-up of your order at our Tampa, FL or St. Charles, IL location. In the check out process, there is an option for order pick-up which you can select. After placing your pick-up order, do not head to the warehouse location without calling us first. We will be able to give you an idea of when the order will be ready so you will not have to wait.  Call 866-951-4293.

We ship orders from both of our warehouses in Aurora, IL and Tampa, FL.

4. When will my order ship?

We try to ship your order within 24 hours after receiving it during business hours Monday through Friday.
